ChromeQuill is a floating window translates an expression built intelligently with MathQuill into a graphic, HTML code, and LaTeX. It is meant to help create LaTeX expressions and equations with a smoother, more natural process. You can launch the software from Chrome and keep the window floating on your desktop. After creating an expression, choose the modality of insertion (if you want the graphic, just click and drag to the place you want it).
